We bring the situation before the team, develop a proposed solution with appropriate team members, and present the proposed solution to the owner prior to implementation of proposal, giving the best solution, with owner consent, to keep the project on track.

    Krell has the capabilities to work in all major CADD platforms, AutoCAD, Revit, Microstation, Bentley BIM, etc. Krell is well versed in value engineering procedures, life cycle cost analysis, historic preservation, energy conservation, new energy resources, critical path management, and fast track construction as illustrated in the project examples.

  • CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

    Krell has specialized work experience of the firm in the development and prepa-ration of plans, specifications, and cost estimates suitable for accomplishment of work by construction contractors; development and preparation of sketches, preliminary plans, cost estimates, and descriptive texts for future planning; conducting special engineering investigations and reports; and the development and preparation of submittal schedules; and experience in energy conservation.

  • GOVERNMENT EXPERIENCE

    Krell possess the direct relevant design experience, knowledge of government procedures both on the Federal and local levels and the capacity to complete this project both effectively and efficiently. Our staff has completed projects too numerous to mention. Government projects, of all types including retrofits, major and minor additions, extensive renovations and health care consulting in the State of Tennessee and in 24 other States.
